Upper lip melasma occurs when your estrogen hormone levels are too high. Dermatologic studies suggest that exposing skin on sunlight may also contribute to upper lip melasma. When you are going on holiday don't forget to take special UV creams which will protect your skin from harmful rays. Upper lip melasma treatment consists of using melasma cream and special pigment creams. Some suggest that product called Porcelana may help.
